Cancellation of your subscription
Completed via our the Apple App Store
If you don't know which payment provider (Stripe, Google PlayStore or Apple App-Store) you used for your subscription, you can find this information in our app and web app in the main menu (icon with the three dots) under the menu item "Membership & Country Packages".
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on "Subscriptions".
- Tap the subscription you want to manage.
- Tap on "Cancel subscription".
Please note: If you do not see "Cancel", the subscription has already been cancelled and will not be renewed.
