Schau aufs Land was founded in 2019 by Leonard, Karin and Christian to realise our shared enthusiasm for nature, sustainability and camping trips. Together with Jakob, Maria and Sabrina, we enjoy realising this vision every day.
We are pursuing a clear vision: a future fit for grandchildren in which sustainable travelling and an appreciation of regional and sustainably produced food are a matter of course. Together, we are creating a connection between agriculture and travellers that enables beautiful encounters and greater awareness.

Our members are nature-loving camping travellers who are looking forward to getting to know your business and your products.
Whether it's a farm, winery, brewery, apiary or catering business - we're looking for you as a host! Offer 1-3 simple pitches for our members on your premises and market your products directly from the farm.
A concept with win-win potential!
We bring new customers directly to your yard free of charge. In return, you provide a basic pitch for one night free of charge. Travellers show their appreciation by making a purchase from the farm or making a voluntary contribution to a project that is particularly important to you.

Participation is completely free of charge for you as a host. Your pitch on your property is the valuable contribution you make to welcoming our travellers.
Contact and reservations can be made in the way that best suits your day-to-day business: by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or directly via our booking system in the app.
You can specify your favourite options in your profile and change them at any time.
That's not a problem! Many of our farms offer special experiences instead, such as farm tours, workshops, alpaca walks, cookery courses or similar activities.
You can also present a farm project on our platform - for example, the maintenance of a cultural hiking trail, the construction of new camping infrastructure or an exhibition of historical agricultural machinery. Our members are happy to support such projects with a voluntary donation in return for the pitch.
If you are interested, we can set up a suitable farm project in your profile together - just get in touch with us!
No, the pitch does not have to be permanently available. In your profile, you can use a calendar to flexibly define the days on which you would like to receive campers and when your pitch is not available - be it at short notice due to a construction site or simply because you are travelling yourself. This way, the offer can be optimally adapted to your day-to-day business.
No, of course that's not a problem for us.
After all, our aim is to bring more people back into contact with regional agriculture in order to promote dialogue and thus highlight the value and importance of regional and sustainable agriculture.
We want as many guests as possible to visit your farm and engage in direct dialogue with you and the topic of agriculture, so that the value and importance of regional and sustainable agriculture becomes visible.
