How it works:

The new in-app enquiry system offers you many new advantages and can be used on a smartphone with our app or on a PC via our web app in the browser.

Use is voluntary and can be activated optionally! As you can switch back to the familiar contact method at any time, there is nothing to stop you trying it out.

This is how activation works:

  1. Open the app or website and log in with your email address and password:

  2. The link will take you directly to the contact tab where you can activate the system. Otherwise, proceed as follows:
    1. Click on "Menu" after logging in.
    2. Click on "My company".
    3. Select the third tab "Contact/Arrival"
  3. There you can activate the in-app enquiry system.
  4. After activation, you can switch between the in-app enquiry system and the classic system at any time using the "Change contact system" button.

Our recommendation:

Many travellers will also use the in-app request system, as it offers many advantages to both travellers and businesses. By using the enquiry system, your business will be more popular with travellers and more likely to be visited.

If you don't use a smartphone, you can also activate email notifications to manage requests on your PC via our website. You can communicate with your guests directly via the app or website via chat. Future and past visits are also saved directly in your guestbook with all the information.

Guest enquiries via the app

Receive all future enquiries directly via the app if you wish. In addition to a personal message, each enquiry already contains all relevant data on the guests and the vehicle (type, height, weight, etc.).

Manage requests

With just one click, you can accept new enquiries and book the seat.

You can also call the guest directly or write a message if you have any questions.

Communication

You can communicate with your guests directly via the new chat in the app (foreign languages are automatically translated) or alternatively call them directly if required.

The new system offers you the following advantages:

ALWAYS UP TO DATE

If there are new enquiries, changes or messages from guests, you will be notified directly via the app and, if desired, also by email.

ENQUIRIES FROM MEMBERS ONLY

You can be sure that your guests really are members of Schau aufs Land and therefore know the rules. No more problems with "foreign" guests.

REPORT PROBLEM WITH GUESTS

If problems do occur or guests do not follow the rules, you can report this to us with just one click. This helps the concept and other farms.

NO UNANNOUNCED VISITS

If desired, hide your exact address and only make it visible to the guest after you have confirmed the enquiry.

NO UNNECESSARY CALLS

Choose whether your phone number should be
confirmation of your enquiry is visible to the guest. This means that you can only be called once you have confirmed the guest's enquiry.

NO REQUESTS FOR FULL OCCUPANCY

You can set that no more enquiries should be possible if the number of bookings on a particular day has reached the number of available parking spaces.
