Conditions of participation in the Advent competition

1. Any natural person of legal age is eligible to participate.
2. Only one entry per participant is possible in his/her own name.
3. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the data entered - these must also correspond to the truth.
4. Participation in the prize draws is possible in weeks 1 and 2 until the following Saturday at 11:59 pm. In Advent week 3, the competition runs until Thursday, 21 December 2023 at 11:59 pm.
5. The winner will then be notified by e-mail within 48 hours.
6. Prizes and winnings from our external partners are processed and sent directly by them. This requires data such as your e-mail address, your name and your address.
7. If a winner is not contacted within four days or does not respond, the claim to the prize will lapse and the prize draw will be repeated.
8. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. We do not assume any guarantee or warranty for the prizes of our external partners. The processing and sending of the prizes is carried out directly by our partners - as is the respective communication after the winner's data has been sent to our respective partner.
9. Schau aufs Land as well as the respective partner:inn will use the data provided (name, email address, address) in accordance with the provisions of Austrian and European data protection law. Your personal data will only be used for the implementation of the competition and communication in connection with the competition. Our data protection declaration applies.
