Since 1 January 2021, credit card payments are only possible by confirmation with 3D-Secure for security reasons.

If your payment does not work for these reasons, we can also activate your membership manually via access code.

If you have purchased directly via Google or Apple Pay, your end seller is not us with Schau aufs Land, but Google or Apple. In this case, you can only cancel the order directly there - simply use these links:

For all purchases made via the app using Apple Pay, your end seller is Apple, not us. Due to Apple's data protection guidelines, we unfortunately do not have access to your subscription with Apple and therefore cannot cancel it for you. However, you can easily cancel your subscription yourself directly via the app store:
