Redeem discount code

Please note: Discount codes are only available via our Web platform redeemable - not for in-app purchases directly via the app using Google or Apple Pay.

You can redeem the discount code via our web platform:

1. Log in with your email address and password on our Web platform on.
2. Select your desired subscription on the purchase page and click on the green button with the price.
   (Please note: The "Redeem access code" field is reserved for the entry of gift vouchers that activate a free membership. Discount codes can NOT be entered, but only in the next step during payment).
3. Browser on the PC: In the field on the left, enter Add promotion code enter the discount code.
4. Browser on smartphone: First click on Add code. Now a field opens up where you can select Add promo code you can enter the discount code.
