The concept
Find around 900 farms in Austria, southern Germany, Italy & Slovenia at Schau aufs Land.
Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and is purely personal. A change of vehicle is therefore possible without any problems. It is sufficient if one person per motorhome or pitch has a valid membership.

With the purchase of an annual membership, you get immediate access to the most beautiful, natural campsites via our app, get to know friendly hosts and find organic delicacies directly from the farm.
Shop in the farm shop or make a voluntary donation and camp as a member for 24 hours free of charge in return. It's a win-win for everyone!
You reserve your place directly with the farmer, a maximum of two days in advance. This means that there are always enough places available spontaneously:

BECOME A MEMBER
Step 1
Find out how Schau aufs Land works and get your membership. Read the code of conduct.
SEARCH HOF
Step 2
Browse through our app and choose the farms you would like to visit.
INQUIRY
Step 3
Spontaneous travelling: Contact us max. 1-2 days before arrival and ask if a place is available and when you can arrive.
ARRIVAL
Step 4
Greet your hosts and show your membership card. Find out about the rules on the farm & enjoy your stay.
DEPARTURE
Step 5
Thank them with a purchase or a voluntary donation for the space. Say goodbye in person or leave a message.

Unique pitches in Austria, southern Germany, Slovenia & Italy:
You are a guest at farms, wineries, apiaries, breweries, manufactories and much more. The pitches are not typical campsites, but usually very simple places: on the meadow next to the stable, between the vines, in the orchard... In any case, pure idyll & nature.
We limit the number of memberships in relation to the partner companies so that we do not overload the system and can offer you as a member these places exclusively.
Discover tasty products:
The free pitch gives you numerous opportunities to sample a wide variety of products from our partner farms, from wine and farmhouse bread to homemade mozzarella, and as a camper you can support local direct marketing with a purchase.

From motorhome to tent!
Travel mode & infrastructure
Dog lover? Cyclist with a tent? Hot shower?
There's something for you too! Not all farms can offer infrastructure, but at many farms you can also take your dog with you or, for a small fee, connect electricity, use the toilet, fill up with water or use other infrastructure.

Please note that a small fee may be charged for additional services. The farms are also not obliged to offer these services and this is only done on a voluntary basis.
