Uns als Team von Schau aufs Land verbindet die Leidenschaft für naturnahes Camping-Reisen – aber auch der Wunsch, unsere Zukunft enkeltauglicher zu gestalten und mehr Wertschätzung für regionale Landwirtschaft zu schaffen.
Deshalb haben wir – Leonard, Karin & Christian als Gründungsteam – 2019 unser Herzensprojekt Schau aufs Land gestartet. Seither arbeiten wir – mittlerweile gemeinsam mit whole team now – daran, die Plattform weiterzuentwickeln, regionale Landwirtschaft stärker ins Bewusstsein zu rücken und Reisende und landwirtschaftliche Betriebe miteinander zu verbinden.
Our vision
Wir wollen Camping-Reisen stärker mit regionaler Wertschöpfung verbinden und zugleich mehr Bewusstsein dafür schaffen, wie wertvoll und wichtig eine ökologische Landwirtschaft für uns alle ist.
Diese Vision verbindet uns und macht uns als Team so stark. Bei einem gemeinsamen Startup-Workshop im November 2019 haben sich Leonard, Karin & Christian als Gründungsteam kennengelernt – und uns war sofort klar: „Das mit uns passt.“ Wir ergänzen uns und teilen eine gemeinsame Vision.
Seitdem arbeiten wir gemeinsam mit unserem Team voller Motivation und aus ganzem Herzen daran, Schau aufs Land weiterzuentwickeln und unsere Idee in immer mehr Regionen zu bringen.

Leonard ist der Initiator von Schau aufs Land. Der Wunsch nach einer lebenswerten Zukunft prägt nicht nur seinen persönlichen Lebensstil, sondern auch viele seiner unternehmerischen Entscheidungen.
Als Wissenschaftler im Team liebt Leonard Zahlen, Fakten & neue Erkenntnisse. Durch sein Studium im nachhaltigkeitsorientierten Management verschlug es ihn 2014 von Deutschland in seine neue Wahlheimat Österreich & seitdem hat er immer interessante Fakten rund um Landwirtschaft, Klima & gesellschaftlichen Wandel parat.
Sein Spezialgebiet und gleichzeitig seine Leidenschaft ist der Tourismus mit Fokus auf das Wohnmobil-Reisen. Mit seiner Herzlichkeit und viel Herzblut für eine bessere Welt knüpft Leonard leicht neue Kontakte und ist der perfekte Frontmann für Schau aufs Land.

Karin is our communication-enthusiastic nature lover & besides work, she likes to live out her passion for sustainability in her garden or by collecting all kinds of wild herbs on the mountain.
As a graphic designer, Karin takes care of that, Schau aufs Land a face to the outside world. She loves developing & implementing all ideas together with a positive impact.
Above all, Karin values appreciative communication within the team and with the outside world. When it comes to decisions, the whole team now likes to listen to Karin's gut feeling.
Christian Gruber-Steffner

Christian is our idea machine, whose creativity & drive to work is only slowed down by the length of the day.
As a small all-rounder, Christian is responsible for accounting & his secret passion for customer support (just in case you ever get an answer to an email on Sunday morning), especially for our pixels - whether for beautiful presentation on photo & video, on the web or on social media.
He is a great team player and shines with his versatility and tireless commitment when he goes about his work with enthusiasm. He never runs out of creative ideas for the further development of Schau aufs Land and always has only the best in mind for everyone.

Netzwerk-Profi mit Herz für LandwirtschaftSie begeistert neue Höfe.
Lisa unterstützt uns beim Ausbau unseres Netzwerks an Bauernhöfen und ist eine zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Partnerbetriebe. Mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung im Vertrieb und in der Entwicklung von Kooperationen weiß sie genau, wie man neue Partnerschaften aufbaut und nachhaltig entwickelt.
Durch ihre professionelle und gleichzeitig sehr persönliche Art gelingt es ihr, landwirtschaftliche Betriebe für unser Konzept zu begeistern und sie auf ihrem Weg bei Schau aufs Land zu begleiten. Mit ihrem strukturierten Blick und viel Erfahrung im Aufbau von Netzwerken sorgt Lisa dafür, dass unser Hofnetzwerk stetig weiter wächst.

At the same time, they provide our Italian partner companies with advice and support and make a significant contribution to the continuous expansion of our local network.

Die vielen Geschichten über wundervolle Begegnungen auf Höfen, die wachsende Wertschätzung für regionale Lebensmittel und Landwirtschaft sowie die Freude von Reisenden über diese besondere Art zu reisen sind die beste Belohnung für unsere Arbeit.
Als junges Start-up investieren wir ganz viel Herzblut und vor allem Zeit in Schau aufs Land – mit der Vision, Camping-Reisende und regionale Betriebe zusammenzubringen, die Wertschöpfung vor Ort zu stärken und schöne Aufenthalte am Land zu ermöglichen.
